Media Day - Teams + Studios
Media Day gives your studio or team a dedicated opportunity to create polished, cohesive imagery that supports your brand year-round. It’s a streamlined session designed to showcase your dancers in a consistent, professional style. These images can be used for marketing materials, programs, social media, announcements, and more. Media Day keeps your visuals organized, intentional, and ready for any project or platform

1. How do I book a photo session with you?

2. Do you travel?
Yes! I’m available for travel! Travel fees may apply and will be discussed during booking.
What's the turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the session type:
Photography: 7-14 business days
Videography: 7-14 business days
Recitals/Shows: 7-14 business days
Events: 3-5 business days
Headshots:1-2 business days
Monthly Content: varies based on each project’s deliverables and schedule
4. Is the retainer refundable?
No, the retainer is non-refundable. It secures your session and covers the time and planning reserved for you. If you need to reschedule, the retainer can be applied to a new date with at least 48 hours’ notice.
5. What is your reschedule/cancellation/late/no-show policy?
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your retainer will transfer to the new date and time. After one reschedule, a new retainer is required to book another session.
Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book a future date.
Late Policy: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will forfeit the retainer. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time, and additional time cannot be guaranteed.
6. What add-ons are available?

Travel outside Palm Beach County – I’ll come to you
Highlight reel – a short, professionally edited video up to 1 minute
